I am prayerfully exploring full-time senior leadership opportunities in churches and ministries.
My calling is to help people and organizations reach their maxpoint—the place where they are making the greatest impact possible for the glory of the Lord, given their gifts, talents, abilities, and experiences.
Simply put: I help people and organizations grow from acorns to oak trees.
For more than 30 years, I’ve served as a Pastor, COO/EVP, professor, consultant, and communicator in both church and parachurch settings. My passion is to bring clarity, drive execution, and generate growth—spiritually, organizationally, financially, and missionally.

Leadership is stewardship. God entrusts people, influence, and opportunities to us, and we are responsible to develop them to their fullest potential.
My leadership centers on:
